The former owner also used IHN plumbing and, on his recommendation, we also decided to used your company and never regretted that decision. The work was always done right the first time. Have since retired and bought a small house and continued to use your outstanding plumbing service. The basement in this house had many problems and unfortunately, I used other companies to fix these problems much to my dismay. I did not realize that IHN has a foundation division, so I called, got a very fair estimate, your men came in and fixed the north wall properly. I wish I had called you first!!! I am happy and relieved that the problem in the basement has now been corrected. Let me also say that I think the IHN Company and all of their employees are just the BEST, the professionalism and dedication to repairing any and all problems correctly the first time is astounding and very much appreciated. I am a customer for life!!!

I was really concerned about my basement flooding because my sump pump wasn’t working. I talked to Annie who was so kind and reassuring. She said someone would be out between 1 and 3 or she would call if it would be sooner. The service man called and was here by 9AM. He found something that could have caused a huge problem and fixed it. I’m very happy and pleased with IHN and would recommend them to everyone.

Ihn service was over the top! This was my second time they helped me out. Quick response time had their technicians including the owner on site to diagnose the problem with my 1905 farmhouse. They quickly identified the problem where the pipe was broken and gave me 2 options to repair it. Old piping had disintegrated and could be repaired, but for how long before we are calling again. We chose the long term fix and in the course of a morning trenching was done, including under a walkway, new pipe was run and even included a bonus of plumbing a downspout to the new sewer pipe. The area was cleaned up and the problem was solved. The crew was polite, professional and did a fabulous job. I have recommended the Ihn Company before and they have never let me, or the ones I have referred down. I am happy to recommend The Ihn Company where customer service is not just a department it’s an attitude. Thank you for your excellent work.

The reason the net promoter score was not a “10” was that I received several different messages regarding scheduling expectations. Our appointment was scheduled first thing in the morning when first scheduled and when it was first scheduled I was told that the target was 8:00 a.m. but could be any time between 7:30 to 8:30 or even a little later depending on traffic. An email indicated the ETA was 9:00 a.m. and the actual Tech did not show up until after 9:30. Based on a “first appointment of the day” status, I anticipated that even with an 8:30 arrival, the job would be complete by 9:30 and I could be there for the entire visit before going off to a 10:00 appointment. That obviously did not happen.
